We’ve now added competencies and rooms to the calendar and the booking feature together with a generic page for resources management. This means that you can combine several factors when booking an appointment. Existing appointments can be moved and the length of the appointment can be changed in the grid with “drag-n-drop”.
A document archive is now implemented in the customer view. You can find more information about the document archive here.
For existing external documents, there is now also an import feature for such documents. Even though there is no graphical interface for the actual import, we believe that new customers already have documents and will appreciate that these documents can be available in a new system without the need to upload each document separately.
Small improvements to the journal layout have been implemented.
